My name is Jess.

I live in Ontario, Canada with my partner and two children. 

I created this blog website as a hobby. To be honest, I have never had a hobby before because I was unable to find one that I enjoyed. Throughout most of my life, I would say I did not enjoy reading, or writing and it wasn't until I was in university when I was made to research and complete A LOT of essays that I started to find some enjoyment from it.

I am fully aware that I am not perfect at writing and that some topics might make people feel impartial or you may disagree with what is written. But my goal is not to provoke or upset anyone, but simply educate on some topics through some evidence-based research.
